The SDAQ-204-DPM is an edge computing device designed for dry pump monitoring. By processing pump information and providing the data analysis team with the ability to analyze dry pump data directly from the field, it reduces the risk of product damage, improves yield, and further enhances productivity. The SDAQ-204-DPM features high-frequency and high-resolution analog inputs, making it ideal for vibration monitoring applications. With pre-programmed dry pump health analysis algorithms, it functions as a standalone device without the need for a host PC, making it perfect for 24-hour dry pump monitoring. Diagnostic data is acquired in raw form by sensors and needs to be filtered and converted into usable data such as FFT, voltage, g-type arrays, and OA values. Therefore, the standalone DAQ system SDAQ-204-DPM can be deployed on-site to perform filtering of raw data, a task traditionally handled by embedded systems. Most importantly, the data output from the SDAQ-204-DPM allows users to focus directly on process optimization without the need for additional dry pump monitoring algorithms.
