The dimensions vary by shipper and SKU, and there are many cases where storage locations are determined without actual measurement data, relying on intuition for stacking and assessing volume efficiency within the warehouse. Particularly in recent years, while the introduction of transport robots (AMR/AGV) has progressed, the measurement functions of conventional conveyor lines have been overlooked, leaving manual measurement as the only option in some cases. Our "3D Measurement System" measures the external dimensions (length, width, height) of packages still on the pallet in just a few seconds, and can optionally capture weight and QR/barcode information simultaneously.
