The trend of IoT implementation in the food manufacturing industry.
The headquarters of Bürkert in Germany is celebrating its 74th anniversary, and as a specialized manufacturer of fluid control equipment, we will assist you even more than last year with innovative and value-added proposals and product introductions. Currently, we have summarized the status of the IoT integration of manufacturing automation equipment, which is where Bürkert is investing the largest research and development budget, in a column formatted as product news! Please take a look! Founded in Germany in 1946, Bürkert has been manufacturing valves, solenoid valves, flow meters, and other products tailored to various applications as a fluid control equipment manufacturer. Today, we have five factories in Germany and France and have grown into a global company with sales offices in 36 countries worldwide. We listen to our customers' diverse needs and engage in unique research, development, and design, producing many unique valves and sensors. We also actively offer customized proposals and solutions that combine multiple products! If you have any questions about our products or our customized proposals and solutions, please feel free to contact us.

Flow control at 2L/min (Δp=1bar) & compatible up to 150 degrees!
Introducing a bellows control valve that can handle temperatures up to 150 degrees and enables precise control of small flow rates at 2L/min (Δp=1bar)! By combining our high-performance solenoid valve with our pneumatic positioner used in various process valves and a PTFE bellows control valve, we have developed a metering valve capable of controlling small amounts of steam, liquid, and gas. [Features of the Bellows Control Valve] ● Suitable for temperatures up to 150 degrees! Compatible with steam, liquid, and gas ● The PTFE bellows separates the fluid from the drive components! A highly sanitary micro metering valve ● Orifice size: DN3 to DN10 ● Kv (when the valve is fully open): 0.41 to 1.97 ● Minimum flow rate: 2L/min *at a differential pressure of 1bar

Flow measurement possible with zero conductivity! Achieving full bore and high cleanability.
Measurable even with zero conductivity! The ultimate sanitary flow sensor FLOWave with a completely stainless steel tube as a replacement for the Coriolis type in the wetted part. By adopting SAW (Surface Acoustic Waves) technology, it can be measured without depending on conductivity. With a completely straight stainless steel tube that removes the probe and detection element from the wetted part, it achieves the ultimate sanitary structure similar to a straight pipe. Pure water and ultra-pure water such as RO water and WFI used in the pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries often cannot be measured by electromagnetic flow meters due to their very low conductivity. Bürkert offers the latest flow sensor FLOWave, which is lighter and easier to install than conventional Coriolis flow sensors, has no mechanical drive parts, and boasts excellent cleanability.
