Measurable even with zero conductivity! The ultimate sanitary flow sensor FLOWave with a completely stainless steel tube as a replacement for the Coriolis type in the wetted part. By adopting SAW (Surface Acoustic Waves) technology, it can be measured without depending on conductivity. With a completely straight stainless steel tube that removes the probe and detection element from the wetted part, it achieves the ultimate sanitary structure similar to a straight pipe. Pure water and ultra-pure water such as RO water and WFI used in the pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries often cannot be measured by electromagnetic flow meters due to their very low conductivity. Bürkert offers the latest flow sensor FLOWave, which is lighter and easier to install than conventional Coriolis flow sensors, has no mechanical drive parts, and boasts excellent cleanability.
