Proportional solenoid valves (Solenoid Control Valves) enable multi-stage control through arbitrary opening settings. This allows for simultaneous upgrades and miniaturization of devices. Our proportional solenoid valves possess high rangeability, precision, hysteresis, and linearity. For example, there are numerous cases where the same model of proportional solenoid valve can be installed on two devices with different required flow rates. Additionally, by using a proportional solenoid valve and flow sensor separately in areas currently using mass flow controllers, significant cost reductions can be achieved. Furthermore, using the Type 8611 controller equipped with a gauge for proportional solenoid valves allows for easy local control of pressure loops, flow loops, and more. Particularly in the element development stage, the aforementioned simple loops enable verification of the usefulness and operation of proportional solenoid valves without the need to create a foundation.
