Proportional solenoid valves (Solenoid Control Valves) enable multi-stage control through arbitrary opening settings. This allows for simultaneous upgrades and miniaturization of devices. Our proportional solenoid valves possess high rangeability, accuracy, hysteresis, and linearity. For example, there are numerous cases where the same type of proportional solenoid valve can be installed on two devices with different required flow rates. Additionally, by using proportional solenoid valves and flow sensors individually in areas currently using mass flow controllers, significant cost reductions can be achieved. Furthermore, using the controller Type 8611 equipped with a gauge allows for easy local control of pressure loops, flow loops, and more. Particularly in the element development stage, the aforementioned simple loops enable verification of the utility and operation of the proportional solenoid valves without the need to create a foundation.
