Type 2080 PTFE bellows valve
This is a valve with a PTFE bellows that completely separates the fluid from the outside, keeping it clean.
This is a valve developed for filling equipment for beverages and pharmaceuticals. The PTFE bellows prevent fluids from entering the valve's operating mechanism, maintaining high sanitary standards. Additionally, it can be used at temperatures up to 180°C, making steam sterilization possible.

There are two types of valve operation as follows: - 2-position (fully open / fully closed) - 3-position (fully open / half open / fully closed) Please choose according to your application. Since the wetted parts are made of SUS316L and PTFE only, it can be used with many chemical solutions and corrosive fluids, not limited to beverages and pharmaceuticals, but also in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, paint and ink production lines, and chemical filling processes.
