Type 6626 is a super compact electromagnetic valve for the latest analytical instruments, equipped with Bürkert's innovative new actuator mechanism "TwinPower," based on a reliable and proven rocker design. The Type 6626, which adopts the TwinPower system, achieves an orifice size of 3.0 mm and a width of 16 mm in a super compact size. At the same time, Bürkert's rocker electromagnetic valves provide excellent cleaning properties and flow characteristics by eliminating pumping effects and configuring the flow path at obtuse angles of over 90°, thereby reducing bubble accumulation. The Type 6624 utilizes corrosion-resistant materials for the diaphragm, housing, and seals, making it suitable for controlling corrosive fluids and gases in medical analytical instruments that use highly corrosive reagents, in the chemical equipment industry that uses solvents, and in gas analysis instruments where tight sealing is required.
