The proportional solenoid valve allows for multi-stage control by setting any desired opening degree. This enables simultaneous upgrades and miniaturization of the equipment. Our proportional solenoid valves have high rangeability, accuracy, hysteresis, and linearity. For example, there are many cases where the same type of proportional solenoid valve can be installed on two devices with different required flow rates. Additionally, by using a proportional solenoid valve and flow sensor separately in areas currently using mass flow controllers, significant cost reductions can be achieved. Furthermore, using the controller Type 8611 equipped with an adjustment meter allows for easy local control of pressure loops, flow loops, and more. Particularly in the element development stage, the aforementioned simple loop allows for verification of the usefulness and operation of the proportional solenoid valve without the need to create a foundation.
