The proportional solenoid valve (solenoid control valve) allows for multi-stage control based on any desired opening setting. It simultaneously achieves upgrades and miniaturization of devices. Our proportional solenoid valves are equipped with high rangeability, precision, hysteresis, and linearity. For example, there are many cases where the same type of proportional solenoid valve can be installed on two devices with different required flow rates. Additionally, by using a proportional solenoid valve and flow sensor individually in areas currently using mass flow controllers, significant cost reductions can be achieved. Furthermore, using the controller Type 8611 designed for proportional solenoid valves with a pressure gauge allows for easy local control of pressure loops, flow loops, and more. Especially during the element development stage, the aforementioned simple loops enable verification of the usefulness and operation of the proportional solenoid valve without the need to create a foundation.
