With a completely straight stainless steel tube that removes the probe and detection element from the liquid contact area, it achieves the same cleanliness as a straight pipe. In addition to high sanitary properties, it is suitable for ultra-pure water and WFI where electromagnetic flow meters cannot be used. Four digital transducers installed on the outside of a stainless steel tube perform the transmission and reception of SAW. The SAW received by each transducer is calculated to determine the flow rate, so the conductivity value does not affect the measurement. Since the frequency is above 1MHz, external vibrations do not impact measurement accuracy.
