The "FLOWave Type8098" is a sanitary flow sensor that utilizes Surface Acoustic Waves (SAW) as the measurement medium, enabling accurate flow measurement even with ultra-pure water that has zero conductivity. It can also detect foreign substances and bubbles based on SAW propagation rates. This sensor is a complete straight pipe design with no pressure loss, serving as an alternative to Coriolis-type sensors. ● Capable of measuring ultra-pure water, WFI, pure water, contact cleaning solutions, oils, etc., regardless of conductivity. ● Lightweight and high-precision flow sensor, weighing 3.4 kg for 2S and 2 kg for 15A. ● Applicable for foreign substance detection and bubble detection based on SAW propagation rates. By adopting SAW (Surface Acoustic Waves) technology, it can measure without depending on conductivity.
