We have developed the EJ-380ISR "Tetra," a grinding device that mechanizes the "fitting work" previously performed to polish the mating surfaces of the cylinder block and valve plate, which are the heart of a slant plate axial piston pump. 【Features】 ○ Capable of handling special specifications such as different surface roughness and different spherical shapes, which were impossible to process with conventional fitting methods. ○ Achieves a high contact ratio using stable grinding motion and special grinding tools. ○ Can reduce the lubrication efficiency and noise of hydraulic pumps.
