The "HP/HVOF Spray System JP-5000/JP-8000" is a product that achieves high-quality coating through the adoption of high-speed flame spraying methods, realizing the fundamental principles for high-quality coatings: "high combustion pressure, high gas flow rate, and high-speed particles." By melting powder materials and impacting them onto the substrate, a film is formed through compressive stress, resulting in high density, adhesion, and hardness, while minimizing oxide content in the coating.
