The 'SG-100' from Praxair/Tafa is a plasma gun that supplies material inside the nozzle, allowing for the creation of a dense and efficient coating. It can perform plasma spraying with various materials, ranging from metals to high-melting-point ceramics. Additionally, it offers modes of 40KW and 80KW, and optimal conditions can be selected based on spraying speeds of subsonic, Mach 1, and Mach 2.
