MAG welding flux-cored hard-facing wire 'DO*6070N'
Cored wire made of iron-based alloy containing superhard carbides. It has excellent wear resistance and maintains high hardness even at 700°C.
The MAG welding flux-cored hardfacing wire 'DO*6070N' exhibits excellent resistance to wear and erosion due to severe abrasion, maintaining reliable hardness even in high-temperature environments of up to 700°C. The submicron particle structure achieves outstanding wear resistance. The hardness in two-layer welding exceeds HRC70, providing stable performance even under harsh conditions. With minimal spatter and no slag, efficient welding is possible. It can be widely used in sites performing wear-resistant hardfacing welding on low carbon steel and low alloy steel. 【Features】 ■ High-temperature performance up to 700°C ■ Excellent resistance to thermal cycling ■ Low friction coefficient without lubrication ■ Contains fine cracks to relieve stress ■ Finishing can be processed with standard grinding wheels without using diamond tools *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
