It may not be widely known that many imported block meats are inspected through the Meat Master series and sorted by fat content (lean meat ratio) before being imported. However, specifying the fat content (lean meat ratio) for procurement means that quality is ensured through inspection equipment. The FLEX is a dedicated machine for ground meat, which grinds the imported block meat and conducts a full inspection. This allows for real-time confirmation of the fat content (lean meat ratio) not only for the batch but also at the midpoint within that batch.
