This time, Foss Japan exhibited the "Food Scan 2" at the booth of Fukushima Galilei Co., Ltd. during FOOMA JAPAN 2023 held from June 6 to 9. Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries regarding demonstrations♪ ---------------------------- What is Food Scan 2? ---------------------------- It is a state-of-the-art near-infrared analysis device specifically designed for measuring various types of meat and meat products, equipped with dedicated calibration for nutritional component display items, capable of measuring in just 15 seconds. It also includes calibration lines compatible with various types of side dishes, frozen foods, and bento boxes. It achieves high-precision and high-speed measurements using transmission-type near-infrared analysis.
