This is a case study on the use of "Press Scale" in film application equipment for touch panel and LCD panel manufacturers. When attaching functional films to cover glass, if the pressure balance is poor, bubbles or wrinkles and other defects may occur. By placing the Press Scale between the cover glass and the drum and applying pressure under normal conditions, it is easy to check for foreign substances or scratches on the drum by determining the color development state.
