【Measurement Procedure】 ■ Filling with Helium Gas 1. Insert the workpiece into the bombing chamber. 2. Start the bombing by pressing the bombing start button. 3. Once the bombing is complete, remove the workpiece. ■ Measurement 4. Insert the workpiece into the capsule. 5. Start the measurement by pressing the measurement start button. 6.
