Packaging Container Air Leak Test Device

Packaging Container Air Leak Test Device
This is a leak testing device that identifies any peeling or tearing of packaging containers for pharmaceuticals, as well as the presence of pinholes, and conducts container closure integrity testing (CCIT). It can be applied to a wide variety of packaging containers, including soft packaging, bottle containers, and glass containers, starting with pharmaceutical packaging. The measurement method employs the <sealed chamber method (pressure change leak testing method 1)>. By placing the sample in the chamber and applying pressure or vacuum, quantitative testing is performed by measuring the pressure changes within the chamber. It can be used in various situations such as manufacturing offline, manufacturing inline, CMC laboratories, quality control laboratories, and stability testing. *The containers subject to inspection are referred to as "work" or "sample." Here, specific samples are referred to as "samples" to differentiate the terminology.
