Centrifuge for beer production process

Corresponding to the use of diatomaceous earth-free or reduced amounts of diatomaceous earth in the filtration process of beer after fermentation and aging! Disc-type centrifuge.

Traditionally, diatomaceous earth filtration has been commonly used for finishing beer after fermentation and storage, but the disposal of diatomaceous earth after filtration has been a problem. In response to this issue, using a disc-type centrifuge in the pre-filtration stage allows for a reduction in the amount of diatomaceous earth used, and by combining the centrifuge with a filter, it becomes possible to filter beer without diatomaceous earth. 【Features】 ■ Adjustments to discharge volume and other parameters can be made without stopping the machine during operation ■ Discharge of clarified liquid under pressure ■ Low noise and low vibration ■ Easy maintenance ■ Minimizes shear stress on the product
