This is a disk-type continuous centrifuge suitable for the separation of two liquids that do not dissolve into each other and have different specific gravities.
A liquid-liquid separator (centrifuge) continuously separates two liquids with different specific gravities that do not mix, like water and oil. It is a device that spins a bowl (rotating body) at high speed on a shaft rotated by a motor, and inside the bowl, there are several dozen to over a hundred disks (separation plates). ≪Features≫ ■ Continuous separation possible 24 hours a day without human intervention ■ The separated heavy liquid is discharged under pressure by a built-in centrifugal pump, allowing it to be transferred directly to the next process.
