We provide a special metal powder filtration material made from thermoplastic polymers, featuring high strength and excellent chemical stability, produced by a metal powder manufacturer. ■ High-quality metal powder filter material for spinning ■ P-271 optimized for nylon yarn production ■ Stable powder characteristics between batches ■ Chemical resistance to prevent discoloration ■ Powder with removed fine particle size This powder is capable of withstanding pressure during filtration while maintaining high porosity. Based on years of experience in the fiber industry, we have developed a special metal powder with high strength and high chemical stability for polyester and polyamide yarn spinning media. By using a uniform powder that minimizes fine particles as much as possible to remove impurities and gels in the melt, we achieve the highest strength of the yarn. As a hard and non-discoloring stainless steel powder, we offer the P-270 grade, which has higher strength than standard stainless steel 316L. The P-271 grade has low sensitivity to oxidation occurring during pack preheating. We also provide DP-1, which has high pressure resistance, thermal stability, and magnetic properties.
