Utilizing precision machining technology for micron-order, we offer a wide range of services from the development of jigs and tools to the production of dedicated machines and improvements or new installations of production lines. Among these, we provide optimal production systems for precision machining of difficult-to-cut materials that require exceptional high precision and quality. We have a wealth of experience in machining materials such as 42 alloy (iron + nickel), copper tungsten, and Kovar, which is known for its low thermal expansion and difficulty in machining. We produce high-precision components for advanced technology products such as optical semiconductors.
