ISO8611 Pallet Bottom Deck Test
We will conduct the bottom deck board test of the pallet in accordance with the provisions specified in ISO 8611.
Our company conducts bottom deck bending tests on the pallets listed below in accordance with the testing methods specified in ISO 8611. This test is similar to the JIS test, where a concentrated load is applied at the center span of the bottom deck board; however, the shape of the compression material differs slightly from the JIS standards. Additionally, while the JIS Z 0602 pallet test specifies only four test items, ISO 8611 is broadly categorized into the following three groups, each with further subdivided test items: 1. Nominal load tests (Top/Bottom Bending, Forklifting, Compression for Block, Stacking, etc.) 2. Maximum working load tests (Top/Bottom/Airbag Bending, Forklifting, Stacking, etc.) 3. Durability tests (Static shear, Corner drop, Shear/Block/Top deck edge impact, etc.)

In the test items, there are two types of tests: the "Strength" test, which compresses to the limit value, and the "Stiffness" test, which applies a load of 50% of the limit value.
