ISO 8611 Pallet Static Shear Test

We will conduct a static shear test of the pallet in accordance with the provisions specified in ISO 8611.

Our company conducts shear impact tests on pallets in accordance with the testing methods specified in ISO 8611. This test examines the resistance of the top and bottom deck boards, which are joined to the beams and blocks, when subjected to opposing impact forces (shear impact forces). While the JIS Z 0602 pallet tests only specify four test items, ISO 8611 categorizes them into the following three main groups, with each group further subdivided into specific test items: 1. Nominal load tests (Top/Bottom Bending, Forklifting, Compression for Block, Stacking, etc.) 2. Maximum working load tests (Top/Bottom/Airbag Bending, Forklifting, Stacking, etc.) 3. Durability tests (Static shear, Corner drop, Shear/Block/Top deck edge impact, etc.) ▼ For more details, please download the PDF document.
