[JIS E 4031] Vibration Testing for Railway Vehicle Equipment *Case studies available!
Leave it to JBL, which has numerous testing achievements for the industrial standard 'JIS E 4031' for railway vehicle equipment!
"JIS E 4031" is a Japanese industrial standard that specifies the requirements for vibration and shock testing of railway vehicle equipment. This standard establishes testing procedures to verify the durability and performance of machinery, air, electrical, and electronic equipment to demonstrate their ability to withstand the vibration environmental conditions typically encountered in railway vehicles. At JBL, we receive various testing requests from almost all industries, including railways, electrical, electronics, precision machinery, industrial equipment, medical, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and transportation, conducting over 800 tests annually. We are currently accepting tests for "JIS E 4031," so please feel free to contact us! We are currently offering free case studies for "JIS E 4031." basic information
【Overview of the Examination】 - This standard is suitable for the purposes of design and validation; however, it does not prohibit the use of other methods (such as sine wave) to ensure predetermined mechanical reliability and performance reliability, which is why Annex JA and Annex JB have been added. - In 2008, JIS E 4031 was revised from sine wave vibration testing to random vibration testing to align with IEC 61373. - Additionally, the S/N diagram used for creating durability test conditions in IEC 61373 was revised in 2010, and JIS was also revised again in 2010 to align with these changes.
