TPI is a psychological test developed based on research from the MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory) and was uniquely completed in 1962 at the University of Tokyo using a questionnaire method. Under the leadership of Sadayasu Matsudaira, a new scale was constructed for the development of human resources among working adults. The Japan Human Resource Development Medical Science Research Institute has computerized it. The purpose is to effectively utilize workplace behavior based on self-understanding. - Explanations will be provided and returned by an instructor who has received training. - It will be handed directly to the respondent. - It will not be conducted for an unspecified number of people. - There is no good or bad in the results of TPI. ★ Starting from April 2024, in addition to answering on a mark card, web input responses will also be possible. ★ *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.*
