[Safety Training Case] Chemical Manufacturer

We will introduce examples where workplace discipline has improved, mutual attention has become established in the workplace, and safety awareness has increased!

We would like to introduce a case of conducting "safety training in the chemical industry" for a chemical manufacturer. In the workplace of the chemical manufacturer, the handling of hazardous materials and high-pressure reactions are performed daily, resulting in a high disaster risk; however, there have been no accidents to date. Nonetheless, near misses occur 2 to 3 times a month, indicating a need for further improvement in safety awareness. After the training, behaviors that were difficult to change based on supervisors' feedback showed a tendency to be more receptive to advice from peers, and the feedback during the training was evaluated as easy to accept.
