- Maximum allowable discharge pressure: 12 bar (1.2 MPa) - Basic flow rate: 30 l/min (50Hz) / 35 l/min (60Hz) - Corrosion-resistant specification: SUS / PTFE - Robust design that withstands tough operating conditions - Leak-tight specifications: .9 specification: 6 x 10-3 mbar x l/s, .13 specification: 6 x 10-5 mbar x l/s - By providing water cooling piping, it can be used at a maximum allowable ambient temperature of 60°C and a maximum allowable gas temperature of 60°C.
