Stable, high-reliability, and precise pressure levels in gas diaphragm pumps Maintaining stable pressure is essential in many gas processing processes. KNF's intelligent Pressure Control simplifies this task by automatically adjusting the motor speed of the diaphragm pump in response to real-time feedback from built-in sensors. This closed-loop system ensures that the set pressure is maintained even when external conditions such as back pressure or fluid temperature fluctuate, or when pump performance changes over time due to wear. Our MGP series intelligent gas pumps adopt cutting-edge modular design, enabling easy, flexible, and highly customized system integration. The robust aluminum housing is chemically and physically durable and features integrated grooves for easy installation of components like shock absorbers. The high-quality housing offers IP67 protection rating as needed. The dual-head configuration allows for heads to be installed in opposing (boxer-type) or adjacent (tandem-type) arrangements. Depending on performance requirements, heads can be connected in parallel or in series.
