Explosion-proof scale(5)

All the indicators that can be selected based on needs such as high functionality and cost performance can be combined with the EXM series of platform scales to achieve high-precision measurement. Furthermore, with a wide lineup including integrated indicator platform scales, truck scales, and liquid filling machines, we meet the measurement, control, and data management needs of various industries. The liquid filling machines also include models that are ideal for replacing mechanical filling machines. They are suitable for record management required by ISO and GMP, and options such as data carriers that can store and transport measurement data are also available.

We offer two types: the waterproof and dustproof HS-CD series and the simple, cost-effective KL-N-HS type. They can be used in locations where it is difficult to install a platform scale. Liquid filling machine(2)
Kubota Instrument's liquid filling machines utilize a mass measurement method that minimizes filling errors. We offer a range of machines, from non-explosion-proof types to pressure-resistant explosion-proof types. Based on our extensive experience, we have developed a variety of solutions, including short nozzles that reduce liquid splashing, anti-foaming long nozzles that allow filling from deeper within containers, filling valves that can be adjusted for both small and large supply volumes, and a mechanical drip-catching mechanism that prevents failures even when the electric or pneumatic supply is cut off and the filling valve drops. We will continue this approach and propose the optimal liquid filling machines to our customers.

This is a non-destructive quality evaluation device for fruits and vegetables that allows for easy measurement of sugar content and acidity simply by irradiating carefully cultivated fruits and tomatoes with near-infrared light. Measurements can be taken in about 2 seconds (for tomatoes), which increases work efficiency without causing stress. It visualizes the deliciousness of fruits, contributing to increased revenue through enhanced product value and regional branding.
