The detection body consists of two components: the "sleeve" and the "probe" of the detection part. A high-frequency magnetic field is generated on the probe side, creating electromagnetic induction coupling with the sleeve. When the sleeve displaces relative to the probe, a change occurs in the electromagnetic induction coupling, which is converted into voltage and output (the relative position of the sleeve and probe is output as a displacement amount in the range of 1-5V). Since the sleeve and probe have a completely non-contact structure, there is no deformation or failure due to friction. We also accept various customizations such as mounting brackets and connectors. The "sleeve" (metal tube) and "probe" (rod-shaped detection coil) are non-contact, which greatly reduces the impact of dirt and vibrations on measurements.
