6-bit address sensor for AGV (automated guided vehicle): Makome Research Institute
6-bit, capable of identifying 64 codes! Designed for unmanned transport carts (AGVs), it is movable and can be read. 6-bit address sensor (location sensor).
This is a 6-bit output type spot marker reader that identifies the position of an unmanned transport vehicle. It detects address magnets with arbitrary information (0 to 63) written on them and performs vehicle control (branching, stopping, accelerating, decelerating, etc.) based on the current location information. Since it uses binary code parallel output, signal processing is also easy. Because it uses absolute addresses, there is no skipping like in a count-up method. 【Main Features】 - Designed for unmanned transport vehicles (AGVs), it adopts a mobile reading method. - The spot marker reader and address magnet board are non-contact types. It is equipped with a clock signal to read when the spot marker reader is positioned directly above the address magnet board while in motion. - Compared to the higher model 'SMR-2352H2', the main body size has been reduced by approximately 60% in width. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
