8-bit output type address sensor for AGV
Identifiable 256 code patterns! Complete non-contact type for AGV, 8-bit binary output address sensor, SMR-2352.
This is an 8-bit output type address sensor (spot mark reader) that identifies the position of an unmanned transport vehicle. It detects address magnets with arbitrary information (0-255) written on them and performs vehicle control (branching, stopping, accelerating, decelerating, etc.) based on the current location information. Since it reads as an absolute value, it is less likely to skip addresses. 【Main Features】 - The address code can identify 256 codes in 8-bit binary. - Adopts a mobile reading method, allowing reading while the unmanned transport vehicle (AGV) is in motion. - Available with N-pole 'SMR-2352H2-N' and S-pole 'SMR-2352H2-S'. - The spot mark reader equipped with reading timing output reads information when positioned directly above the address magnet plate during movement. - The address magnet plate (address marker) can be selected from yellow and green laminates. - Easily usable when a large capacity RFID IC chip is not required. - Suitable for environments where barcodes cannot be used due to dust and other influences.
