[Online Seminar] Transforming Micromachining Work: The Power of "Ultra-High Precision" Onboard Measurement
We will hold an online seminar as follows. In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for fine parts and high-precision components, such as separators for fuel cells, precision medical devices, and semiconductor-related items, making the precision of mold micro-machining crucial. To efficiently maintain this high precision, a non-contact imaging camera tool setter that monitors the condition of the tool's cutting edge on the machine is used. Many users choose the "Non-contact Imaging Camera Tool Setter VTS" instead of a tool measurement device for three reasons. In this seminar, we will not only cover these three points but also introduce the measurement concepts and history, as well as measurements unique to VTS that are difficult with laser tool setters. We sincerely look forward to your participation. Date and Time: February 8, 2023 (Wednesday) 14:00 - 15:00 Instructor: Product Manager, Sales Engineering Department, Marpos Co., Ltd. Target Audience: 1. Customers who require higher precision, such as those using small-diameter tools. 2. Customers interested in automation through the measurement and monitoring of fine tools. 3.
