Introducing examples of preventing resin powder blocking inside the hopper.

We addressed an issue at a resin manufacturing company where "the resin powder was blocking in the hopper, making it impossible to extract with the twin-screw feeder." In this case, the raw material had a high moisture content, so the operating pressure was also set higher (resulting in increased air consumption).
