0266 Preventing Clogging of Paper Pellets

Introduction of case studies for the bridge breaker "Brodisk."

We would like to introduce a case study on measures taken to address clogging in the raw material hopper of an extrusion molding machine. Clogging near the discharge area is considered a cause of malfunction, so we installed two Brody Disk Minis close to this area, and an additional two above them, for a total of four units. (The positions of the two units on the lower level and the two on the upper level were installed at a 90° rotation.) This resolved the issue. This product can be easily installed by simply making holes in the hopper.
