We received an inquiry from an automotive parts manufacturer regarding carbon black (particle size 10-20μm) getting clogged in a small hopper using lab-scale equipment. The hopper diameter is 450mm, and the discharge port diameter is 50mm. We proposed installing a total of four Brody Disk Minis in two tiers, with two units each, and they were installed successfully.
