Case study of an operation management company for incineration plants.
Introducing a case of Brodisk adopted by operators of waste incineration plants.
This is a case study of the introduction of "Broady Disk" following an inquiry from an operator managing a waste incineration plant. They contacted us because the rat hole phenomenon started occurring in the hydrated lime silo, and they sought measures to address it. After reviewing the silo drawings, we provided guidance on model selection, the number of units to install, and their positions, leading to the decision to implement our solution. This equipment does not experience clogging like a mesh filter, and the silicone rubber disk is made from a highly durable material. Its main feature is that it performs aeration along the inner wall of the silo. [Overview] - Silo diameter: Approximately 4500φ - Installation: 16 units installed in 3 layers (4 units in the lower layer, 4 units in the middle layer, and 8 units in the upper layer). * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. * Our website features numerous implementation examples, which can be accessed through the link below.
