We would like to introduce a case where our "Brodisk" provided a solution. In addressing the bridging issue in a powder storage hopper, a rubber chute was installed at the bottom of the hopper along with knockers on the upper and lower parts (metal hopper). However, we received inquiries that sometimes the raw materials were clogging and not discharging properly. We manufactured the rubber chute in metal and installed eight Brodisks around this area. After the installation of the Brodisks, it became possible to discharge the powder stably without operating the knockers at all.
