Introducing a case where a blow disk was installed in the powder activated carbon feeding hopper with two lines.
This is a case adopted by a facility primarily producing functional resin products. There are two lines with hoppers, and one line has a significantly small discharge diameter from the hopper, which increased the risk of bridging. After hearing the details, we provided a countermeasure proposal, which was immediately implemented.
