Prevention of ceramic powder clogging! A case of delivering the Brody Disk Mini.
This is a project delivered to a manufacturer of ceramic structural materials. Due to powder blockage at the entrance of the screw feeder, the Brodix Mini was adopted as a countermeasure. After installation, this blockage was resolved immediately. 【Overview】 ■ Target material: Ceramic fine powder ■ Installation location - Entrance of the screw feeder (300φ×200H) - The screw diameter at the bottom is 200φ 【Key points of this equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign material contamination.
