Case study of adopting Brody Disk Mini for bridge measures in resin tube crushing products.
This is a case where a resin product manufacturer adopted the Brody Disk Mini. They consulted us early on because the target material was bridging inside the hopper during mass production trials, and they wanted to resolve this issue quickly. Considering the user's thoughts, we installed four Brody Disk Minis. The price difference between using two Brody Disk Minis with a controller and using four Brody Disk Minis with a controller is not significant. Given the potential for bridging with other materials that may have poor flow in the future, they decided it would be best to ensure a thorough solution from the start.
