Installed in the anhydrous gypsum silo.
Introducing a case where a Brodisk was installed in a silo for anhydrous gypsum!
Here is a case where we received inquiries about unstable discharge from a silo of anhydrous gypsum. In conjunction with scheduled maintenance work, a blow disk was installed, and a controller with four solenoid valves was used to activate eight blow disks in pairs with a time delay. In this case, to increase the frequency of air activation for the four lower disks close to the discharge area, we recommended a setting to activate the air twice in succession. 【Case Overview】 ■ Material: Anhydrous gypsum (also mixed products in other silos) ■ Silo Diameter: 2000Ø ■ Discharge Section: 300A 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability due to the risk of foreign matter contamination. The silicone disks in our equipment are exceptionally strong and durable. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
