0480 Powder Coating: Bridging Prevention in the Dust Collector Hopper Section

When storing powder coating in the hopper of a dust collector, bridging occurs during discharge, so we adopted a blow disc as a countermeasure. The results were good, and the bridging phenomenon was immediately resolved. In this case, we used a material for the elastic disc that was changed from the standard product (special silicone) to EPDM.
