0485 Due to poor discharge of activated carbon
Introduction of a case where a user conducted a test, achieved good results, and adopted the actual machine!
We received contact from a customer who wants to address the issue of poor flowability in the supply hopper for high moisture content activated carbon, which is preventing accurate dosing. Additionally, they expressed a desire to conduct tests using a small hopper first, as going straight to full-scale implementation carries high risks. We lent them two blow discs (standard type: BD-15) suitable for this hopper, and the user conducted tests, which yielded good results, leading to their adoption in the actual equipment. 【Case Overview】 ■ Target Material: Activated Carbon (High Moisture Content) ■ Hopper Dimensions: 1000×1200 ■ Discharge Section Dimensions: 250×1200 ■ Discharge Method: Single-Screw 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disc (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign material contamination. The silicone disc in this equipment excels in strength and durability. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
