As a countermeasure for bridging in a small hopper, we received a request from the customer to borrow equipment for testing. Upon reviewing the hopper diagram, we determined that four Brody Disk Minis would be appropriate. However, when the Brody Disk Minis are installed on a flat surface (in this case, it is a corner hopper and installed flat), a high-pitched sound occurs. We informed them that if the air ON time is short, it would not be too bothersome, and proceeded with the test. The results were favorable, and they decided to introduce the Brody Disk Minis along with the controller.
