We would like to introduce a case where the issue of maintaining quantitative supply was resolved by installing this equipment due to the bridging occurring in the hopper of the quantitative feeder (screw feeder). Five BroaDisk "BD-15S-B" units and one controller "C-SV4" were installed. Although the fourth solenoid valve was not used this time, it can be utilized in the future if additional BroaDisks are installed. 【Case Overview】 ■ Hopper: 1200×1500, 3 inclined surfaces (1 vertical) ■ Arrangement - 2 units on each of the 2 surfaces along the screw - 1 unit on the remaining inclined surface - A total of 5 units installed ■ Target materials: Lime powder, cement, etc. 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign material contamination.
